MAJOR VIBES W/ DOMINIQUE SAUNDERS AND JESSI LEE
This class is dedicated to providing various styles but consistent in bringing you major vibes. While the class is sought to bring out the inner you, their is emphasis on pushing past your comfort zone and challenging a greater you. Aside from choreography, you will get a workout, proper technique, and learn how to dance as if on stage.

GET BENDY W/ STEPHANIE GRANDE
My curriculum style is a mix of martial arts, pilates and yoga, all mixed with breath work and biofield balancing techniques.
It's fun. It works. Participants can expect to see immediate results and the programs offer varying levels of modification to suit all flexibility levels.

NY SALSA AND BODY MOVEMENT W/ MAE KANG AND CALVIN YU
Beginner and Intermediate classes, taught concurrently - jump into the section of your skill level. Choose to practice your foundational technique, or perhaps challenge yourself at a higher level!
All levels welcome, singles and couples welcome - partnerwork classes available.
Mae hails from Beijing, where she was classically trained in traditional dance before developing a life-long love of NY-style salsa. She has competed and taught across the globe, and currently performs with the Borinsura Dance Movement out of NYC. LET'S GO!!!
GROOVES W/ CHRIS WELLS
Grooves Dance Fitness is a class that develops natural comfortability and movement to various genres of music. The goal is to be able to move the body in sync to the collaboration of instruments heard in the music.
This class is designed for weight loss, muscle toning, stress relief, and increasing stamina. Projected calories burned should be between 400-800. Grooves with Chris dance fitness is considered high intensity interval training with variations in exercise difficulty for different training ages.
Grooves dance fitness also incorporates bands, weights, and jump ropes.
We take 60 second breaks in between songs, cool down with abs on the floor, and finish with a relaxing stretch.
All you need is a yoga mat, towel, water, or a sports performance drink.
