Now offering weekly group classes to better fit the students needs. Each Thursday class will be designed for the specific needs of 4 different subgroups

Plus size | 1st Thursday- students that identify as plus size
Novice | 2nd Thursday- beginner students
Youth | 3rd Thursday- students ages 8-16⠀⠀⠀

Veteran | 4th Thursday- students with modeling experience




Grooves With Chris
EVERY TUESDAY 6-7pm
Grooves Dance Fitness is a class that develops natural comfortability and movement to various genres of music.
The goal is to be able to move the body in sync to the collaboration of instruments heard in the music.
Each choreographed set of 8 count combos contain dances or exercises centered around the core, hips, legs, and upper body.
Grooves dance fitness also incorporates bands, weights, and jump ropes.
We take 60 second breaks in between songs, cool down with abs on the floor, and finish with a relaxing stretch.
All you need is a yoga mat, towel, water, or a sports performance drink. Come get Groovy with us!
